Anderson brings more than 35 years of creative vision as a publishing executive and business owner. His experience in advertising, marketing, strategic planning and management provides the foundation for a diverse and creative company well-suited to serving the changing needs of our clients.

Anderson’s career began in 1964 in Jefferson City, MO as an advertising account executive. He went on to manage the advertising department for the company, joining Stauffer Communications, Inc., as director of advertising in Topeka, KS. During his 22-year career with Stauffer, he served as publisher of numerous publications; as president and CEO of Capper’s Insurance Service, Inc.; and finally as corporate vice president for the multi-media giant.

Van and Judy Anderson relocated to the Lake Area in 1996 and founded Missouri Ozarks Publishing Co. They developed the popular Lake Area News Focus, Tube Tab, Boats, Real Estate, and additional successful specialty publications targeted to serve the Lake area markets. After the company sold in 1999, he founded Anderson Creative where he continues to offer his unique creative vision and management skills to a variety of clients.

Kempker has lived in the Lake area his entire life. He brings to Anderson Creative 10 years of customer service and printing experience and knowledge gained while working at Modern Litho-Print Company in Jefferson City. His ability to oversee multiple projects and to meet deadlines is key to our company's successful management of client projects. Kempker oversees the production coordination, scheduling and client services. He is active in the community, enjoys boating and fishing in his spare time.

Steinkraus earned her Associate’s Degree in Graphic Art and Printing at Nichols Career Center in Jefferson City. Winner of the 2002 National VICA award, Steinkraus worked for the State of Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Print Shop and then Missouri Ozarks Publishing Company in the Lake Area. Her excellent layout and design skills can be seen in numerous publications, ad designs and billboards throughout Mid Missouri. Originally from Little Falls, Minnesota, Steinkraus has been a resident of the Lake Area for more than 15 years. She is very involved in the community, serving on the Parks and Recreation Board in Osage Beach for the last several years and is active with several community projects.

Bealmear earned his degree at the Chicago Art Institute. After graduating he worked for several companies throughout the Midwest. Bealmear has resided in the Lake Area for the past nine years heading up the graphics department for Missouri Ozarks Publishing. With over 20 years of graphic design experience, he has acted as the lead graphic artist for the past three years at Anderson Creative. His notable skills in layout and design as well as logo development can be seen in many publications, ad designs and billboard designs throughout Mid Missouri. Bealmear has also been involved in several community projects including YMCA and March of Dimes.

Jackson, formerly from the St Louis Area, has lived in the Lake Area four years. She brings to Anderson Creative over 20 years of customer relations and administrative assistant abilities. Her educational background also includes computer programming and business math and english. Client contact, transporting artwork, managing client files and accounting are just a few of her varied responsibilities. Jackson has been involved with Habitat for Humanity, Missouri Clean Stream, and locally, the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
